Beams with permanent magnets

Beams with permanent magnets are increasingly used at metallurgical companies in our country.

The key feature of the beams is high safety: they defy power interruptions and outages.

Beams with permanent magnets have decent weight-size parameters, i.e., their lifting capacity is good in comparison with their weight.

The beams can have the following design features:

• a special control system for each beam, manufactured in accordance with customers' requarements, allowing all magnets to be switched on simultaneously or selectively to choose the optimal lifting capacity for each task / load;
• radio control with a range of at least 100 m, to ensure mobility and ease of installation;
• a mechanism for rotating the axis of magnets to transport narrow rolled products.
