The main differences from permanent magnets are ease of installation and operation.
OOO "KEP "DimAl" produces D.ZH.SH suspended guard magnets with a mechanical cleaning system (with" standard "magnetic systems) and D.ZH.SH-U (with reinforced magnetic systems) for capturing and separating metal impurities from granular material transported on a conveyor. The use of such devices with mechanical cleaning systems is worth it, especially, when the content of strongly magnetic inclusions in the separated materials is low.
One of the main indicators of the quality of suspended guard magnets is the depth of the extraction zone. Magnetic systems developed by OOO "KEP "DimAl" ensure the extraction of highly magnetic inclusions from a distance up to 600 millimeters from a working surface!
Permanent magnet systems provide long, efficient performance. The guaranteed period of magnetic system properties stability is 10 years, though, depending on the rules of operation.
