Suspended overhead traveling cranes



The cranes are designed for lifting and moving loads in manufacturing and open areas using attached load-handling equipment: electromagnets of DKM and DPM series, grabs of DG and DGM series or other devices. The crane can operate as a hook when the attachments are removed.

Modern technical solutions for cranes

  • The self-test system

    A self-test system with the HMI panel allows the crane operator to monitor all actuators and auxiliary systems in real time.
    Maintenance personnel get ample opportunities for quick and accurate testing of electrical equipment, reducing the time to find and troubleshoot, thus it reduces the equipment downtime.
    Key features:
    - fast testing of the crane condition;
    - analysis of the crane network, limit switches and automation positions;
    - control over temperatures, current, and motors speed;
    - saving data archives on SD-cards in formats accessible to office programs;
    - remote reset of errors;
    - setting up main and auxiliary crane control systems directly from the crane operator's cabin.

Suspended single-span cranes

Suspended cranes can be manufactured with one- and two-span spans up to 15 meters, lifting capacity from 0.125 to 16 tons, lifting height from 3.2 to 160 meters. The design can be general industrial, fire and explosion proof. Climatic modifications, categories of placement and other additional options, such as frequency regulation of mechanisms speeds, the increased class of dust and moisture protection, speeds of main mechanisms, installation of mechanisms limiters, recorders of parameters and overload protectors, as well as other options are to be agreed with customers.

5) cranes parameters are indicated for maximum lengths of beams with the corresponding lifting capacity and span in accordance with GOST 7890-93.

Single-beam supported cranes can be manufactured with a span up to 34 meters, a lifting capacity of 0.125 to 32 tons, a lifting height of 6 to 50 meters. The design can be general industrial, fire and explosion proof. Climatic modifications, categories of placement and other additional options, such as frequency regulation of mechanisms speeds, the increased class of dust and moisture protection, speeds of main mechanisms, installation of mechanisms limiters, recorders of parameters and overload protectors, as well as other options are to be agreed with customers.
